We offer the fastest turnaround times in the industry. The standard turnaround time for most products is 15 business days. Select products offer a 10 business day rush turnaround option, which adds 50% to the unit price. Your turnaround time starts the first business day after your digital proof/sample photo approval is received.

In general, your price is determined by the size and quantity of your selected product. We can provide a custom price quote based on your exact artwork and specifications for bulk quantity orders of 10,000pcs or more. Contact our sales team for a custom quote and we will reply with pricing and an estimated delivery date within 1 business day.

No! Your order includes free graphic artwork and unlimited revisions. You will receive a free digital proof for approval within 1 business day of placing your order. The pricing on our website is complete, only add shipping. Sales tax only applies to orders shipped within NY.

Yes! All custom orders receive a free digital proof for approval within 1 business day. You will be able to review your exact label specifications and make any changes if necessary before we manufacture the full order.

We offer the industry’s lowest minimum order quantity of just 5 pieces for most products. Select products such as leather patches and pvc patches have a higher minimum quantity due to the setup costs associated with those products.

Woven labels have soft, finished edges that will not fray. Cotton labels have two finished edges and two unfinished edges when cut to size. We recommend cotton labels have the cut ends folded back (end fold style) or sewn into a seam.

No! We use only the highest quality, color-fast threads that will never fade or bleed in the wash.

We recommend you always test first on a sample garment. You may use a heat press or home iron. For labels, set heat press to 325F or home iron to medium heat/cotton setting. Press firmly for 20-25 seconds and let cool completely.

We recommend you always test first on a sample garment. Set heat press to 285F or home iron to medium/low heat. Place small swatch cotton/heat resistant material over transfer and press firmly 20 seconds. Wait 2-3 seconds then peel immediately. Let cool completely.

We work with manufacturing partners both in the USA and around the globe. Our clothing labels and patches are primarily produced at 5 star facilities in China and India. We are also able to provide a custom quote for clothing labels manufactured in the USA when requested. Printed products including basic hang tags are printed locally in New York City. If you have any other about where our products are manufactured please let us know.

We can work with most common file formats. We prefer high quality vector file formats such as .ai or .pdf. If providing bitmap such as .jpg or .png, please provide 300dpi print resolution. We will inform you right away if we have any problem with your artwork file.

Yes! Provide a detailed description with your order and one of our talented graphic artists will create your label layout for free. You will be able to review and approve your free label artwork before your order is put into production.

Woven labels include up to 8 colors at no additional cost. Digital labels can have unlimited colors. Screen printed labels can have up to 4 colors printed onto the label material.

We will match your artwork as close as possible. If you have a PANTONE™ color code you would like us to match, please include this in the Notes and Comments section of your order. Please note, we cannot guarantee an exact thread to Pantone match, but we are confident we can achieve the closest match possible. See our online Pantone reference chart here.

Only a simple font can be used for any font 8pt or smaller. Caps works best at the smallest sizes. The absolute smallest text for woven labels and Deluxe Imprinted labels is 6pt. The smallest for screen printed labels is 5pt.

If your design is photo-realistic, contains many small details, or has complex color blends, then our digital labels may be right for you. This process provides unlimited colors and fine detail using a state-of-the-art digital printing process.

Orders ship via FedEx or USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on your address and the estimated weight of your order. You will be emailed tracking information before your order leaves our facility.

Yes! Please place your order over the phone with a representative to have your shipping account used for your order.

Orders shipped to international locations may be subject to the customs or duties charges required by that country. Customs or duties charges are not collected by Quality Woven Labels or included on your invoice. Such charges are generally collected upon delivery at your requested destination.

Quality Woven Labels, Inc. is a New York registered company. Currently, only orders with a New York shipping address have the required sales tax added to their order total. However, laws in this area are changing and sales tax may also be required for other states. Any required taxes will be reflected on your order invoice.
