Custom cotton labels offer the natural look and feel of our cotton twill material. Customize our cotton labels with up to 4 print colors on our black, white or natural color cotton material. Please Note: Cotton labels for clothing have two finished edges and two unfinished edges where the cotton twill material is cut. For this reason, we often recommend End Fold as a substitute for Straight Cut when cotton clothing labels are not being sewn into a seam.

Our custom cotton labels enable more creativity than the competition, allowing up to four print colors instead of just one or two. We also offer three base material colors: black, white, or natural. Unlike synthetic fibers that seal when cut, cotton fibers do not, leading to specific considerations in design and application to prevent fraying.Design Solutions:
- - End Fold Labels: Add a 0.25-inch end fold to each side of the label (0.5 inches in total). This effectively hides the unsealed edges when sewn flat, making them the preferred option over straight cut for most applications.
- - Center/Loop Fold Labels: These types of cotton labels, when sewn into seams, naturally protect the unfinished ends from fraying.
- - Hem Tag Labels: For hem tags, consider a book cover fold design, neatly tucking away the two unfinished edges.

Exploring Versions with Cotton clothing Labels
We offer the option to create different versions of your order. A 'version' refers to a minor modification in your artwork. There are two version options available: the first allows for the addition of various size indicators (XS, S, M, L, XL, etc.), and the second option permits alterations to the care and content information on your cotton labels. Please note that significant design changes, such as altering shapes from circles to stars or modifying colors, do not fall under 'versions' and must be processed as separate orders. We charge a flat fee of $25 for each version change.
