Heat Transfer Labels
Heat transfer labels allow you to decorate t-shirts and other garments with a heat press or home iron. We use a specially formulated plastisol ink for our heat transfer labels that will resist cracking, move with your fabric and survive numerous wash cycles. Easily add size versions (s, m, l, xl, etc...) to your heat press labels if needed using the versions option below. All tagless labels arrive pre-cut and ready to apply to your garments.
To apply, simply set your heat press to 320F or home iron to medium cotton setting. Press firmly for 15 seconds. Let heat press labels cool completely before peeling. Finally, allow the heat press labels to set for 24 hours before washing the garment.

Easily Add Size Versions
We offer the option to split your order into different size versions (ex. S, M, L, XL). This option makes it more affordable to include size versions compared with placing separate orders for each size. In addition, we also allow as a version the ability to alter a line of text such as country of origin or fabric content. Any changes to the design outside of size symbols or single line of text may require separate orders. We can help alter your artwork file to add any versions and we'll let you know if we have any issues when your new order is received.Heat Transfer Labels & Color Options
Discover the possibilities with our heat transfer labels. Our base pricing includes one print color, but why limit yourself? Choose from our options of 1, 2, 3, or 4 colors. If you need multiple versions with various colors, remember to tally up the total. For projects exceeding four colors, con- tact our sales office for a custom quote.
How to Apply Heat Transfer Labels:
Application of our heat transfer t-shirt labels is simple and can be accomplished with a heat press or home iron. Set your heat press to 320F or home iron to medium cotton setting, no steam. Press firmly (approximately 10lbs pressure) for 15-20 seconds, then allow the label to cool completely before peeling off the plastic sheet. Allow the garment to set for 24 hours before washing.
