Woven satin labels use thicker thread that is slightly raised when woven into our black or white satin background material. The result is a classic, almost embroidered looking clothing label. Ideal for formal wear, bridal wear or any other situation where a traditional, timeless look is desired.

Unique Material for Woven Satin Labels
Our woven satin clothing labels use a shiny background material offered in black or white. They also use a thicker polyester thread for the label's design elements. When manufactured, the thicker thread is slightly raised of the background material, giving the labels an elegant look resembling embroidery. They are perfect for formal and bridal wear, and add a unique touch to any garment. Keep in mind, woven satin may not be suitable for very small text or designs with very fine detail. Finally, we finish the labels with an ultrasonic cutting to ensure the edges remain soft and won't fray over time.

Are you unsure of which type of "satin" clothing labels to choose for your project? Woven satin and printed satin have key differences that are important to understand. Woven satin labels are thicker and are generally used and the main branding label in a garment. On the other hand, printed satin labels are light weight and are most commonly used for care and content information. Select woven satin when you're looking for a sophisticated branding label that complements formal attire or classic-style garments. If you want to include laundry care and content information, consider a printed satin label instead. 
Add Size Symbol Versions
We provide the option for different versions in your order. A version denotes a minor detail change in your artwork. There are two options for versions: the first involves splitting an order into different size symbol versions (ex. XS, S, M, L, XL). The second option is changing a single thread color or line of text. Please note that distinct designs, such as switching from circles to stars, may not qualify as different versions and must be ordered separately. We will let you know if we have any issues when we review your new order.

Enhance your clothing labels by adding a metallic thread color. Select from our gold or silver metallic thread colors, designed to make your design truly stand out. Please note that metallic threads are slightly thicker than standard threads, making them less suitable for small, intricate details. They are best used for bold, impactful artwork that highlights their distinct quality.

Standard woven labels are crafted from 50 denier matte polyester threads, resulting in a soft, lightweight, and less shiny label. In contrast, woven satin clothing labels use a thicker material with a subtle sheen, offering a luxurious feel. The design on satin labels is woven with 80 denier polyester thread, making it slightly raised and giving an embroidered look. While standard labels suit most needs, satin labels add a touch of elegance for designers seeking distinction. Satin weaving thus offers a unique, standout element in clothing design.
