Unique Material for Woven Satin Labels

Our woven satin clothing labels use a shiny background material offered in black or white. They also use a thicker polyester thread for the label's design elements. When manufactured, the thicker thread is slightly raised of the background material, giving the labels an elegant look resembling embroidery. They are perfect for formal and bridal wear, and add a unique touch to any garment. Keep in mind, woven satin may not be suitable for very small text or designs with very fine detail. Finally, we finish the labels with an ultrasonic cutting to ensure the edges remain soft and won't fray over time.

Add Size Symbol Versions

We provide the option for different versions in your order. A version denotes a minor detail change in your artwork. There are two options for versions: the first involves splitting an order into different size symbol versions (ex. XS, S, M, L, XL). The second option is changing a single thread color or line of text. Please note that distinct designs, such as switching from circles to stars, may not qualify as different versions and must be ordered separately. We will let you know if we have any issues when we review your new order.

In contrast, woven satin clothing labels use a thicker material with a subtle sheen, offering a luxurious feel. The design on satin labels is woven with 80 denier polyester thread, making it slightly raised and giving an embroidered look. While standard labels suit most needs, satin labels add a touch of elegance for designers seeking distinction. Satin weaving thus offers a unique, standout element in clothing design.
